These Terms govern your use of EasyPobyt. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service scope
EasyPobyt is an informational platform, not a law firm. We provide guidance based on official sources and user-provided answers. We do not provide legal representation.
2. Payments
Access is sold as a one-time payment per case profile. This is not a subscription. Payment processing is provided by Stripe.
3. No guarantee
We do not guarantee any specific legal or administrative outcome. Official requirements can change and must always be verified on official government sources.
4. User responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping account access secure, and verifying final requirements before submission to any authority.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, EasyPobyt is not liable for indirect damages or decisions made by public authorities based on your case.
6. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Poland, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
